Please always inform the information centre after the emergency call or call us on the emergency telephone, we will direct the vehicle to you! You will find the emergency number on the campsite at the information desk (blue office), you can also reach us using the number in your booking confirmation. Emergency vehicles can also open the barrier with their own key in an emergency.

1. The legal acts of the federal government as well as our federal state, district and municipality regarding the Corona pandemic naturally also apply at our campsite. You can access these online at bvcd.de (Federal Association of Campsites in Germany) or consult them at reception.
2. Mouth and nose protection must be worn in all buildings, regardless of the time of day and the number of visitors.
3. Hands must be disinfected before entering and after leaving communal areas. Please use the dispensers provided for this purpose.
4. Wash your hands regularly for at least 30 seconds. Use soap for this purpose.
5. Keep at least 1.5 metres away from anyone who is not part of your household and avoid touching such as shaking hands or hugging.
6. Adhere to the coughing and sneezing etiquette (handkerchief, if not available: in the crook of your elbow).
7. Please follow the instructions of our staff regarding distance and hygiene rules.
   These serve the health of all of us.
8. In cases of gross and / or repeated violations of these rules for safe coexistence, we reserve the right to issue an expulsion or house ban in order to protect staff and other guests. We would like to point out that in this case claims for damages may also arise.
9. In the case of a medical certificate (vaccination or mouth protection not possible), entry to the buildings is prohibited. Please use your own sanitary facilities in your caravan or camper. We will be happy to come out into the open air to advise you.

1. Arrival for accommodation with key is from 4 pm, arrival for pitches from 1 pm. The check-in for pitches runs automatically after booking. In any case, we look forward to a “Moin” at the information office.
   There are no parking spaces for motorhomes and caravans in front of the barrier and therefore no waiting facilities. The access road is a fire service access road and must not be blocked at any time.
2. Departure for accommodation with keys is at 10 am, departure for pitches at 11 am. We look forward to a “goodbye” at the info office.
3. Leave your accommodation/pitch(s) clean and tidy.
4. For rented accommodation: Please make sure you take your personal belongings with you. Dishes must be washed clean, dried and placed in the cupboard provided. Bed linen should be removed and rubbish disposed of from the rental unit. See also the section “Waste / rubbish disposal”.
5. Arrival and departure can only take place within the rental period. The winter stand charge does not extend this period, but is only possible as accommodation between two valid leases.

1. Please be considerate of other campers and avoid disturbing noise. In particular, smartphones, radios, televisions, music systems and musical instruments etc. must be used in such a way that neighbours are not disturbed. Sound reinforcement of the grounds by means of music equipment is prohibited.
2. Please observe the following quiet times, 7:00 to 9:00 (early rest), 00:00 to 15:00 (midday rest) and from 22:00 to 7:00 (night rest). Disturbing noise is to be avoided during these times. Any equipment may only be operated at tent volume (whisper mode).
   From 24:00 hrs onwards, all equipment must be switched off and conversation must cease.
3. Repairs and garden maintenance are permitted outside quiet hours from Monday to Saturday. Handicrafts are only permitted by the management in the main season in emergencies up to a maximum of 5 pm.
4. During quiet hours, vehicle traffic is to be avoided and driving is to be particularly quiet.

1. The campsite is a pedestrian zone. For safety on the site, driving is only permitted at walking speed up to 5 km/h. Children, pedestrians and cyclists always have priority.
2. There is a strict stopping and parking ban in the barrier entrance.
3. Please only drive through the barrier one at a time.
4. Honking the horn is not permitted.
5. The barrier with number plate recognition is open from 7:00 to 22:00. Emergency services have 24-hour access.
6. During the night it is not allowed to drive on the campsite with vehicles of any kind. Guests wishing to leave or enter the campsite during the night are requested to park their vehicles in the car parks located in front of the campsite. Please contact the reception for a parking ticket.
7. One registered car and/or one caravan or camper van is allowed per parking space and one registered car is allowed per rented accommodation. Additional cars/trailers are parked outside the campsite. The campsite may grant exceptions at a charge.
8. Cars and motorbikes must be parked next to the tent or caravan in such a way that they do not obstruct traffic or neighbours. All roads and paths on the site must be kept clear day and night for access by emergency vehicles at all times.
9. The driving and parking of cars on or in front of the tent meadow is generally prohibited. Guests who have checked into the tent meadow, please use the designated parking area next door.

1. Only registered persons may enter the Ostseequelle campsite.
2. Registered persons are the persons named in the contract (guests). Other visitors are subject to visitors.
3. The visiting guest shall register his visitors at least one day before arrival and shall be liable for the payment of visitor fees as well as for compliance with the general terms and conditions and campsite regulations.
4. Visitors’ cars shall be parked outside the Ostseequelle campsite. The Ostseequelle campsite may grant exceptions for a fee.

1. The bringing of dogs and cats (hereinafter referred to as “pets”) requires prior notification by the guest; for other animals, the campsite must be contacted with an exact description of the species, whereby the campsite may refuse consent at any time and without giving reasons.
2. A maximum of 1 pet (high season) or 2 pets (low season) may be brought per pitch; a maximum of 1 dog (no cats) may be brought per camping barrel and type 3 bungalow. An additional fee must be paid for each pet brought along, the amount of which will be communicated to the guest by the campsite at the time of notification/booking.
3. Dogs are not allowed to stay in beds or on upholstered furniture in our rental accommodation. If hair is found, a special cleaning service will be ordered for a fee. Suitable sleeping facilities must be brought along.
4. Dogs are generally required to be kept on a lead throughout the entire site (no long leads). The lead can only be removed in secure enclosed personal areas (e.g. vehicle).
5. Pets are not allowed in the sanitary buildings and play buildings, external pitches (unrented/rented) and in the bungalows type 1, 2 and 4, as well as their terraces, which are also rented to allergy sufferers. If it is established by the end of the rental period that this has not been complied with, we will charge a flat-rate fee of at least €200 for ventilation, cleaning and loss of rent, as allergy sufferers will have to pay this for longer periods. If necessary, we will commission an external company (min. € 500). In the case of a flat rate, the guest is free to prove that the actual costs incurred are lower.
6. Dogs excrement is prohibited on the entire premises. Any damage or soiling caused by pets must be removed immediately by the pet owner.
7. Should dog faeces land on another person’s pitch/rental accommodation (rented or unrented) or leisure and play areas, this will result in the dog being removed from the site
8. Only the designated dog beach may be visited (currently east of Tamilas Beach Club).
9. Dog owners must have taken out dog liability insurance for the dogs they bring with them.
10. Dangerous dogs are prohibited for the protection of guests and staff (for us this includes any dog that suddenly snaps or regularly pulls on the lead).
    The validity of the Dog Owner Ordinance – HundehVO M-V (11.07.2022) in the currently valid version is expressly pointed out.
11. In the event of violations of §3/10 of the HundehVO (regional dog legislation, dangerous dogs and administrative offences) and/or not only insignificant impairment of other guests by dogs brought along, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice for good cause and to issue and enforce a house ban.

Setup

A good set-up of the pitches makes the campsite attractive and safe.

1. Caravans, tents and motorhomes must be set up on the booked pitch in accordance with these instructions from Camping Ostseequelle.
2. The drawbar of a caravan and the motor of a motorhome must always face the (fixed) path and must never be blocked by immovable objects (e.g. trees, electricity boxes, etc.).
3. The caravans, awnings and tents may only be set up in such a way that they can be moved at any time (in the event of fire/storm surge) and can also be removed quickly by emergency services.
4. The safety distances between caravans, mobile homes, tents and rental properties of at least 3 metres, and at least 5 metres between caravans for permanent/seasonal campers, must be observed.
5. Any digging requires authorisation from the campsite management.
6. Make sure that nobody is endangered by tent pegs/pegs (max. 30 cm deep), tent cords or other camping accessories. Mark poorly recognisable sources of danger with clearly visible markings, e.g. ribbons/flags.
7. Only turf-friendly, air-permeable outdoor carpets or mats may be used in the awnings, unless the tarpaulin is sewn in at the factory.
8. Therefore, no permanent extensions or alterations, substructures, fences etc. may be erected in, on or around the caravan or awning on the pitches.
9. Exceptions apply to mobile fences for dogs and small children up to a maximum height of 1.3 metres.

Power supply

1. You will be supplied with green electricity (subject to a charge).
2. Only staff are authorised to open the power distribution boxes.
3. The guest is responsible for the power connection from the point of use. Only intact CEE extension cables with CEE plug/coupling may be used.
4. Cable drums must always be completely unwound.
5. There is no legal entitlement to the supply of electricity. Electricity can only be provided if a connection is available.
6. The campsite reserves the right to arrange for manual meter reading according to consumption. Electricity may be used for air conditioning and heating if it is billed according to kWh. Please contact us before use. This is not possible at every pitch. Undeclared excessive consumption will be charged at a flat rate in addition to the booking.
7. The charging of electric vehicles (EV/PHEV) is not permitted. In the event of non-compliance, the capacity of the battery according to the vehicle licence will be charged per overnight stay. Furthermore, a damage deposit of 1000 euros is due, which will be retained for 24 months. This will be used if damage to the power grid occurs after charging.

Gas

1. For safety reasons, gas cylinders must not weigh more than 11 kg.
2. A maximum of 2 cylinders are permitted per pitch.
3. The gas systems and camping heaters must comply with the legal regulations and the guidelines of DVGW-G607 and must be serviced by the camper at least every two years.

Order and cleanliness

1. Order, cleanliness and mutual consideration are self-evident duties of all users of the campsite. Cleanliness is certainly just as important to you as it is to us. We therefore ask you to keep all facilities, especially the sanitary facilities, but also your accommodation clean and tidy so that guests can use them without worrying after you. Please instruct your children to do the same.
2. The staff is authorised to ask guests to remove any waste or other objects left around their accommodation.
3. Vehicle washing is not permitted on the campsite.
4. When leaving your caravan or rental unit, always lock up and lock the windows.

Sanitary facilities

1. The sanitary facilities and common rooms are cleaned several times a day. If cleaning is required outside of these times, please contact the staff.
2. Children under 7 years of age may only use the rooms if accompanied by a supervisor.
3. Glass bottles, glasses and other dangerous objects are prohibited in this area.
4. Please do not clean dishes or your laundry in the sanitary rooms. Use the designated dishwashing or kitchen areas.
5. Washing machines and dryers are located in the kitchen of the Sanitary House North. Operation is only possible via app, payment online by credit card, direct debit or Paypal. The technical facilities are to be treated with care, in case of malfunctions please inform the service provider.
6. Showers are only allowed for our guests. At the push of a button, water is available for 30s each, up to 4 minutes. Then there is a blocking time of 3 minutes.
7. During the advertised cleaning times, please strictly avoid entering. Please use an alternative.

Waste water/toilet disposal

• Waste water cassettes/black water from must not be discharged onto the ground or infiltrated into the ground. The waste water produced is to be collected in suitable, covered containers and emptied only into the designated sinks at the sanitary buildings (site plan marking E).
• Only natural and biodegradable products are permitted for disposal via the waste water.
• Items, especially cleaning cloths or for monthly hygiene, belong in the appropriate waste bins.

Drinking and service water supply

In order to ensure a regular supply of drinking and service water, the connection of water hoses in the wash houses and at the water points is only permitted with permission. Please ask at the Info Office. It is forbidden to bring hot water in canisters.

1. The rental accommodation is equipped as described on the Camping Ostseequelle website. In addition to the rental fee, the guest also pays for the eco-electricity consumption according to the price list.
2. The keys are handed over at the reception (house number 21). The guest will receive the necessary information in good time before arrival.
3. Upon handover, the equipment list and the faultless condition of the rental accommodation are checked by the guest. The handover document is to be signed by both parties on the day of arrival and bindingly reflects the condition of the rented accommodation on the day of arrival.
4. The guest can rent bed linen and towels separately. If available, children’s travel beds and high chairs can also be rented.
5. Please air briefly after showering. Each bathroom has a window.
6. Please do not dispose of food leftovers in the toilet, sink or shower. Please use the rubbish bins provided for this purpose. Nappies, wet wipes and hygiene products do not belong in the toilet.
7. Bedding (rental units): In any case, the beds must be made up before use. Either with bed linen brought by you or booked on site.
8. It is not permitted to set up tents or caravans on the area where the rental accommodation is located. The car must be parked in the allocated parking area and must not be driven on the lawns, even for loading and unloading.
9. The final cleaning of the rented accommodation is carried out by the campsite Ostseequelle. The final cleaning does not include the cleaning of dishes, the cleaning of coarse soiling of the oven, the kitchen cooker or the fireplace as well as the emptying of the rubbish; if necessary, the guest has to carry out this cleaning work. If he fails to do so, the guest will be charged for this cleaning work in accordance with the price list.
10. Upon return of the rented accommodation, the guest shall check the condition of the same and its equipment on the basis of a handover report. The handover report is to be signed by both parties on the day of departure and is a binding statement of the condition of the rented accommodation at the end of the rental period. Keys shall be handed over to the Ostseequelle campsite. Losses and damages resulting from the handover protocol shall be charged to the guest by the Ostseequelle campsite.

1. We are also increasingly taking ecological and environmental concerns into account and invite you to support us in our efforts! In many places, unnecessary consumption can be reduced: in showering, washing up, washing powder and electricity consumption and, last but not least, in the avoidance and correct sorting of waste! Your efforts help us to keep costs down. In addition, you make a valuable contribution to the health and preservation of our environment!
2. Feeding wild animals is prohibited.
3. Cutting down or damaging trees, branches, twigs, bushes and plants is not permitted.
4. Entering the forest is prohibited. This is a special primeval forest next to the camp site (east).

1. Each guest is personally responsible for the removal and disposal of their waste. Please always use rubbish bags, as these do not cause soiling and, especially in summer, do not cause odour nuisance.
   Our waste concept is based on ecological principles and avoidance.
2. You will find our recycling centre in the middle of the campsite and a small separate one by the bungalows.
   Please note our waste separation:
   Green waste compactor = domestic waste only (residual waste).
   Yellow containers = Green Dot, packaging waste
   Blue containers = paper, cardboard, cartons (disassembled)
3. Only household waste generated during your stay at the campsite may be disposed of.
4. Green waste must be collected by type and disposed of in the designated area. Please avoid mixing lawn cuttings and green waste (tree and bush cuttings). Other wood waste does not belong to green waste, but must be disposed of at your own expense.
5. Depositing and disposing of bulky waste, electrical waste, chemicals, charcoal, wood residues, rechargeable batteries, camping chairs, tables, umbrellas, gazebos, awnings or the like is prohibited! Please contact us to find out about your options.
6. Any disregard will result in inconvenience to guests, more hassle and higher prices.

• Barbecuing is only permitted with an electric/gas barbecue that is placed on feet at least 40 cm above the ground so that the lawn is not damaged. The barbecue must not be placed on our furniture. Barbecues must be supervised at all times.
• Open fireplaces or fire bowls, fireworks and bonfires are prohibited on the entire campsite.
• Barbecuing with charcoal is permitted at the communal barbecues or with a table barbecue on your own table. The embers must always be supervised and extinguished by the person in charge. Charcoal is only to be disposed of in the bins at the communal barbecues.
  • Only dry coal may be used here. Burning other materials is not allowed. Always store your charcoal dry and not directly on the lawn.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbours and their camping equipment with regard to flying sparks, odours and smoke.
  • Please ensure that the turf remains intact.

1. The use of open fires and the lighting of campfires is prohibited.
2. Fire extinguishers are available for fire fighting at clearly marked places on the campsite. The fire extinguishers may only be used to extinguish fires. The use of fire extinguishers must be reported to the reception afterwards.
3. If fire extinguishers are deliberately used for other purposes, any resulting damage (personal injury and damage to property) is to be borne by the party responsible.
4. This also applies to the costs of restoring the functionality of fire extinguishers used wilfully.
5. If a fire breaks out, the fire brigade must be alerted immediately via the emergency number 112 and the campsite management must be informed.

1. The use, carrying or storage of firearms, alarm and gas weapons, cutting and stabbing weapons as well as pyrotechnic/chemical materials is prohibited on the entire campsite.
2. Dangerous objects will be seized and handed over to the police for safekeeping.

The use is available to guests free of charge. The performance is not yet as good as we would like. The masts for good signal strength are marked on the site plan.

Terms of Use Guest WLAN

1. Subject matter and scope of these terms of use
   These terms of use govern your and our rights and obligations
   in connection with the use of our guest WLAN access.
2. Our services
   (1) We provide you with access to the Internet in the form of WLAN access (“hotspot”) on our premises for your use free of charge.
   (2) The provision of the hotspot depends on our respective technical and operational possibilities. There is no entitlement to a functioning hotspot or a specific local coverage of the hotspot.
   (3) Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the hotspot can be used without interference or interruption. Nor can we guarantee any transmission speeds.
   (4) We reserve the right to change, restrict or discontinue access to the hotspot without prior notice in the event of necessary technical repair and maintenance work.
   (5) There is no entitlement to the use of certain services via the hotspot. In particular, port blocking may be carried out. As a rule, surfing the Internet and sending and receiving e-mails is made possible.

3. Access and use
(1) We offer our guest WLAN only to visitors of our company. It is not a publicly accessible telecommunications service, but an internal WLAN for guests of our company.

(2) A prerequisite for use is that you accept the validity of these terms of use at the beginning of the use of the hotspot. This can usually be done by selecting the hotspot as a WLAN network in the terminal device via a registration form that can then be called up or a welcome page.

(3) There is no entitlement to use the hotspot. We are free to restrict or discontinue access to the hotspot at any time without stating reasons.

(4) The current version of these Terms of Use, which will be made available to you when you register for the hotspot, shall apply.

4. Your obligations as a user
(1) You are obliged to provide truthful information about yourself when using the service.

(2) You are obliged to comply with the applicable laws when using our hotspot.

(3) Other obligations arising from other provisions of these terms of use remain unaffected.

5. Prices
The service is provided free of charge.

6. Availability of the services
As our services are provided free of charge, you have no right to use the hotspot. However, we shall endeavour to ensure that the hotspot can be used as uninterruptedly as possible.

7. Prohibited actions
As a user, you are prohibited from any actions when using the hotspot that violate applicable law, infringe the rights of third parties or violate the principles of the protection of minors. In particular, the following actions are prohibited:

• the posting, dissemination, offering and advertising of pornographic content, services and/or products that violate youth protection laws, data protection laws and/or other laws and/or are fraudulent;
• the publication or making available of content that insults or defames other participants or third parties;
• the use, provision and distribution of content, services and/or products that are protected by law or encumbered with third-party rights (e.g. copyrights) without being expressly authorised to do so;
• the making available to the public of works protected by copyright or other acts in breach of copyright, in particular the use of so-called “Internet file-sharing networks” or file-sharing services.
• Furthermore, the following activities are also prohibited, irrespective of any infringement of the law, when posting one’s own content on the service provider’s website and when communicating with other users (e.g. by sending personal messages, by participating in discussion forums, etc.):
• the transmission of above-average amounts of data and, in particular, the sustained transmission of such amounts of data;
• hosting a web server or other servers by using a hotspot of the service provider;
• changing the default DNS servers in the network settings of the service provider’s hotspot;
• the sending of junk or spam mails as well as chain letters;
• the distribution of viruses, Trojans and other harmful files;
• disseminating offensive, indecent, sexually explicit, obscene or defamatory content or communication, or content or communication that promotes or encourages racism, bigotry, hatred, physical violence or illegal activity (whether explicitly or implicitly);
• soliciting other users or third parties to disclose passwords or personal data for commercial or unlawful purposes.
• Also prohibited is any action that is likely to impair the smooth operation of our hotspot, in particular to place a disproportionately high load on our systems.

8. Blocking of access
We may block your access to the hotspot temporarily or permanently at any time if there are concrete indications that you are violating or have violated these Terms of Use and/or applicable law or if we have another justified interest in blocking your access.

9. Release from liability
(1) As a user, you are responsible for all your actions in connection with the use of the Internet via our hotspot.

(2) You shall indemnify us on first demand against all claims asserted against us by third parties on account of a violation by the user of statutory provisions, third party rights (in particular personal rights, copyrights and trademark rights) or contractual obligations, representations or warranties, including the costs of the necessary legal defence (lawyer’s fees and court costs in the statutory amount).

(3) In the event of the assertion of claims within the meaning of Clause 10, Paragraph 2, you shall be obliged to cooperate immediately and fully in the clarification of the facts and to provide us with the information required for this purpose in a suitable manner.

10. Limitation of liability
(1) We shall be liable without limitation for all damage caused by us in the event of intent or gross negligence.

(2) In the event of slight negligence, we shall be liable without limitation in the case of injury to life, limb or health.

(3) Otherwise, we shall only be liable if we have breached a material contractual obligation. Essential contractual obligations are defined in the abstract as obligations whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the user may regularly rely. In these cases, liability is limited to compensation for the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

(4) Insofar as our liability is excluded or limited in accordance with the aforementioned provisions, this shall also apply to our vicarious agents.

(5) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Data protection
(1) We shall ensure that your personal data is only collected, stored and processed to the extent that this is necessary for the contractual provision of services and is permitted by statutory provisions or ordered by the legislator.

(2) In the event that declarations of consent under data protection law are obtained from you in the context of the use of our services, it is pointed out that you may revoke these at any time with effect for the future.

(3) In order to provide the services of the hotspot for you, the use of personal data of your terminal device is necessary. In this context, the MAC addresses of end devices may also be temporarily stored. Furthermore, we may store log data (“log files”) about the type and scope of use of the services for 7 days. This data cannot be directly assigned to your person.

12. Final provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, whereby the validity of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

(2) If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, our registered office shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship.

(3) Should individual provisions of these terms of use be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

1. Please report any damage or theft to us so that the campsite can take remedial action and assist us in clarifying and rectifying the damage.
2. If you, your children or visitors have ever damaged or destroyed objects or property belonging to other guests or the campsite, an open exchange is important. This is especially true if the health of others could be at risk. In many cases, liability insurance will cover the damage. Failure to admit damage often means risks, hassle and costs. These also have a negative impact on prices.

1. If a guest intentionally or grossly negligently violates the rules, he or she may be immediately denied further stay within the scope of the house rules.
2. In such a case, Camping Ostseequelle shall retain its claim to the agreed total price as a lump sum compensation. Refunds of payments already made shall be excluded.
3. The orders and instructions of the administration staff, in particular with regard to the installation of motor vehicles, caravans, mobile homes and other vehicles as well as tents or similar facilities, must be followed without restriction and without delay.
4. If the instructions of the administrative staff are not followed, the police will be called in in the case of criminal offences. In the case of criminal offences, the right to file criminal charges is reserved.

These issues are covered in the terms and conditions you have accepted.

All previous regulations lose their validity when they are published.

Any invalidity of one or more of the above provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, misprints and miscalculations.
