Dear guests,

Since 2024, our municipality has been a recognised resort and charges a visitor’s tax. Unfortunately, our previous booking management system cannot process this. We have therefore been working for several weeks on switching to the new Resavio booking system.

The changeover date will be mid-April 2024

  • We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We will handle your data responsibly and delete it within the specified deadlines.

What will change for new bookings from April?

  • You can create an account in Resavio and make new bookings or extensions more quickly!
  • We also allow 2 dogs in the high season.
  • We only request the final payment by e-mail 14 days before arrival
  • With the final payment the necessary online check-in before arrival is required, why?
    • The communal guest card is only issued with online check-in
    • The barrier only opens with online check-in.
  • You can book 2 pitches with one booking.
  • We only allow 2 adults per pitch, max. 2 children
    (this is a pity, we hope the system will soon become more flexible),
  • At the same time, our rules for groups continue to apply.
  • 1 pavilion with max. 2 side walls per pitch no longer costs an extra charge
  • Energy costs are included for bungalows,
  • We do not charge a deposit for our rental accommodation.
  • XS tent pitches now also include electricity up to 8kWh/day.

What will change for early bookers before the migration?

  • Your contract will of course remain in place.
  • You will receive two invoices.
    • The existing deposit will be finalised in
      You will receive a credit note for the remaining payment here with the title: “Resavio”
    • The final payment will be requested by Resavio.
      The previous payments will be deducted from the total amount,
      the tourist tax will be added with the name “Local taxes”.
  • 14 days before arrival you will receive a payment request for the balance (incl. visitor’s tax/local taxes) and will be asked to check in online.
    • Unfortunately, you will need to enter guest details that we were unable to transfer,
      You should then receive your digital spa card by e-mail.
  • In the first step, all bookings with the most important data will be transferred to the new system.
  • In the second step, we have to manually map each booking in both systems. We need time for this and hope to be finished by the end of April.
  • Changes to the booking will then only be made in Resavio.
