Any kind of extremism, sexism, fundamentalism, racism or any other form of discrimination is not welcome here. This applies not only to your behaviour and words, but also to your appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Assaults and gross recklessness lead to immediate expulsion without a warning. So far, disturbing the peace after 10 p.m. has been the most frequent reason for expulsion. In second place came guests who did not take staff instructions seriously and in third place people who kept conspicuously aggressive, fearful or territorial <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/dogs\/\">dogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_large\"><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs en_akk accordion type_togglable toggle_style_1 has_scrolling\" style=\"--sections-title-size:inherit;--sections-gap:0.5rem;\"><div class=\"w-tabs-sections titles-align_none icon_chevron cpos_right\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-geltungsbereich\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-geltungsbereich\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Scope<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-geltungsbereich\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Die Campingplatz Ostseequelle GmbH (nachfolgend \u201eCampingplatz Ostseequelle\u201c genannt) vermietet an den Gast den vereinbarten Stellplatz (Zelt, Wohnmobil, Wohnwagen, Saisoncampingplatz) oder Mietunterkunft (Campingfass, Mietwohnwagen, Bungalow) (nachfolgend \u201e\u00dcbernachtungsm\u00f6glichkeit\u201c genannt) mit der vereinbarten Ausstattung f\u00fcr die vereinbarte Aufenthaltsdauer. Diese Allgemeinen Gesch\u00e4fts- und Buchungsbedingungen (nachfolgend \u201eAGB\u201c genannt) gelten f\u00fcr Mietvertr\u00e4ge zur Vermietung von Stellpl\u00e4tzen oder Mietunterk\u00fcnften sowie alle in diesem Zusammenhang f\u00fcr den Gast (und seine Besucher siehe 9.) erbrachten weiteren Leistungen. Der Gast hat w\u00e4hrend seines Aufenthalts online verf\u00fcgbar und im B\u00fcro ausliegende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/camp-site-rules\/\">Platzordnung<\/a> zu beachten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-vertragsschluss\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-vertragsschluss\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Contract conclusion<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-vertragsschluss\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>The prices are currently available on the internet pages of the Ostseequelle campsite and are linked to the booking programme (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/\">oqww.de<\/a>). Other price lists are not valid and only provide indicative values (brochures and third-party internet portals).<br \/>\nThe agreed prices include the taxes and local charges applicable at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Not included are local taxes which are owed by the guest according to the respective local law, such as visitor&#8217;s tax.<br \/>\nPrice increases after conclusion of the contract may only be made if there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the date of performance of the service. (cf. \u00a7 309 para. 1 no. 1 BGB). If the applicable VAT rate changes in the current calendar year, prices may be adjusted.<br \/>\nWith the booking, the guest offers Camping Ostseequelle the conclusion of a rental contract for the specified period and for the registered number of persons. In case of availability, the guest shall receive a booking confirmation from the Ostseequelle campsite either by e-mail or in person on site. The rental contract between the campsite Ostseequelle and the guest shall be concluded with the (down)payment of the invoice by the guest or with the receipt of the booking confirmation by the guest or with the entry to the campsite Ostseequelle (leaving the entrance area behind the barrier or over the bridge to block 2), whichever is earlier.<br \/>\nBookings on the same day have b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-vertragsaenderungen\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-vertragsaenderungen\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Contract changes<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-vertragsaenderungen\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>The accommodation is rented as viewed. A change of pitch rental accommodation is only permitted after approval.<\/li>\n<li>You can make an extension yourself online (re-booking of the same accommodation option via interactive map). Please note the availability. We will be happy to advise you.<\/li>\n<li>Changes or rebookings, for example regarding the period, the number of persons or the accommodation option, are possible up to 31 days before arrival for a rebooking fee of 30,00 \u20ac. Bookings with a deposit paid can only be rebooked for the same calendar year. Changes made 30 days or more prior to arrival are considered cancellations (see below).<\/li>\n<li>A rebooking or cancellation of the reservation online is not yet possible. The guest must contact the Ostseequelle campsite directly in the event of a rebooking or cancellation request.<\/li>\n<li>The guest has no claim to the provision of a specific overnight accommodation. This also applies if this has been specially selected on the site plan or has been determined by the Ostseequelle campsite or to the fulfilment of special wishes that go beyond the provision of an overnight accommodation. He\/she shall only be entitled to the provision of an overnight accommodation in the category booked by him\/her.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-zahlungen-faelligkeiten\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-zahlungen-faelligkeiten\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Payments and due date<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-zahlungen-faelligkeiten\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>With the reservation, the stated deposit of 30% (including security deposit ) is due immediately (online payment). The payment options are clearly listed.<\/li>\n<li>The balance is generally due 30 days before the day of arrival. The guest will receive a link to the online final payment by e-mail. The balance can be paid at any time via the online view of his booking confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>If the deposit or the balance is not paid on time, the booking may become invalid immediately without the guest being reminded or informed again.<\/li>\n<li>If the arrival takes place in less than 30 days, the entire amount is due immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Non-assignable payments without a clear purpose (contract partner, reservation number, reservation date) or bundled payments for several bookings are not desired and will be returned and considered as not paid (see group travel).<\/li>\n<li>The prices for ancillary services (such as bicycle rental, rental pool, beach fees, fishing permits, visitors) and all other claims that are not expressly stated in the rental contract as part of the accommodation price) are usually due for payment immediately. In the event of late payment, the campsite is entitled to terminate the rental contract, whereupon the guest must vacate the room\/pitch.<\/li>\n<li>The guest may only assert rights of set-off and retention if the underlying counterclaims are undisputed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-gruppenreisen\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-gruppenreisen\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Groups<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-gruppenreisen\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>Group travel (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/group-bookings\/\">more information<\/a>) with more than 2 persons of one generation without family connection or more than one accommodation option may not be booked online without permission, even in multiple transactions. Please use email correspondence for group requests.<\/li>\n<li>Group bookings without approval may be cancelled at any time without replacement.<\/li>\n<li>Each group must nominate a contact person\/general manager before hand; note (e.g. joint and several debtor). This person has to submit a complete list of names with addresses and date of birth.<\/li>\n<li>The campsite Ostseequelle is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time in case of false information regarding group travel. Please note that fees (and deposit) will be retained.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds for group bookings without authorisation may take up to 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>For persons between 14 and 29 years of age as well as for the setting up of pavilions (party tents), a separate deposit is due from the overall responsible person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-kaution\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-kaution\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Deposit<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-kaution\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>A damage deposit is due for rental accommodation. After handing in the deposit slip, this will be transferred back to the balance payment account within 10 days, depending on the condition and meter reading of the electricity consumption. The amount of the deposit is shown during the booking process. Without deposit slip on request or at the end of the season October\/November of a year.<\/li>\n<li>In special cases, Camping Ostseequelle may charge a further deposit (e.g. group trips).<\/li>\n<li>Camping Ostseequelle reserves the right to charge a deposit for other reasonable reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deposit or parts thereof may be retained in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Late vacating of the rented accommodation by the guest.<\/li>\n<li>Damage to or soiling of the rented accommodation which goes beyond normal signs of use.<\/li>\n<li>Violations of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/camp-site-rules\/\">site rules<\/a>, e.g. disturbance of the peace, which lead to complaints from other guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is important that all guests treat the rental accommodation and the campsite with respect to ensure that the full deposit is returned.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-an-abreise\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-an-abreise\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Arrival and departure<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-an-abreise\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>You can find our current opening hours at the office (blue house opposite the barrier) and on our website (contact).<br \/>\nIf we are not available, you can reach us by phone.<\/li>\n<li>To shorten waiting times, please book in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Arrival and departure dates stated in the booking confirmation are binding.<\/li>\n<li>Arrival is possible from 16:00 hrs for rental accommodation and from 13:00 hrs for a pitch. Earlier arrival is only possible if there is availability, up to the day before and for an additional night&#8217;s accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>The rental accommodation will be kept free for you until 15 minutes before the office closes on the day of arrival, the parking space until 11 the following day. The guest is obliged to inform us immediately of a different or later arrival.<\/li>\n<li>To fulfil the registration formalities, each guest books online, visitors register at the information office with a valid identity card before entering the campsite. Upon request, this data will be passed on to authorities or municipal offices. The registration data will not be passed on for commercial purposes.<\/li>\n<li>The registration number is required for access to the Ostseequelle campsite (exception: bungalows) with a vehicle. Register the correct number plate. The barrier system grants access and egress during opening hours between 7:00 and 22:00 hrs if access is valid via visual number plate recognition. Emergency services have 24-hour access. The number plate recognition works 99% of the time.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your number plate clean and level. If you have any problems, please contact the office.<\/li>\n<li>Valid access requires full payment for the period of arrival and departure.<\/li>\n<li>Departure must take place during office opening hours by 11:00 a.m. in the case of a pitch or by 10:00 a.m. in the case of rental accommodation. A late departure is only possible after consultation, availability and against surcharge of a further overnight stay.<\/li>\n<li>At the end of the rental period, the guest must return the accommodation facility vacated and in a clean condition. The condition that existed at the time of handover of the rented property must be restored, whereby deterioration due to contractual use is irrelevant. If the guest does not comply with this obligation, the Ostseequelle campsite shall be entitled to restore the condition at the guest&#8217;s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-regelungen-saison\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-regelungen-saison\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Specific regulations by season<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-regelungen-saison\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>In the low season, depending on the weather, not all site areas or areas will be open.<\/li>\n<li>In the low season we reserve the right to change the opening hours of the reception.<\/li>\n<li>In the high season a staff member is personally available 24h on the site. In the low season we are only reachable by phone outside the opening hours of the reception.<\/li>\n<li>In the high season we allow only max. 1 dog per pitch for the welfare of guests and dogs.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum stay is regulated according to the main season, low season and type of accommodation. Furthermore, specific arrival and departure days are set for the main season:\n<ul>\n<li>Bungalow type 1: arrival-departure day: Friday; minimum stay high season 7 nights; low season 3 nights.<\/li>\n<li>Bungalow type 2 :Arrival- Departure day: Thursday; Minimum stay high season 7 nights; Low season 3 nights<\/li>\n<li>Bungalow type 3 :arrival-departure day: Sunday; minimum stay high season 7 nights; low season 3 nights<\/li>\n<li>Bungalow type 4 :arrival-departure day: Saturday; minimum stay high season 7 nights; low season 3 nights<br \/>\nCamping pod: arrival-departure day: minimum stay high season 2 nights; low season one night<br \/>\nCamper home: minimum stay high season 7 nights; low season 3 nights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-besucher\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-besucher\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Visitors<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-besucher\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>The campsite Ostseequelle may be entered only by the registered persons.<\/li>\n<li>Registered are the persons named in the contract. Other visitors are subject to visitor fees.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors without access permission by the staff pay an increased fee of 60 Euros (\u20ac) per day per person.<br \/>\nThe visiting guest\/permanent camper shall register his\/her visitors at least one day prior to arrival and shall be liable for payment of visitor fees as well as for compliance with the general terms and conditions and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/camp-site-rules\/\">site regulations<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Visitors&#8217; cars shall be parked outside the Ostseequelle campsite. The campsite Ostseequelle can grant exceptions with costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-haustiere\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-haustiere\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Pets<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-haustiere\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>The bringing of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ostsee-campingplatz.de\/en\/dogs\/\">dogs and cats<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;pets&#8221;) requires prior notification by the guest; for other animals, the exact species designation must be requested from Campingplatz Ostseequelle, whereby the campsite may refuse consent in all cases at any time and without giving reasons.<\/li>\n<li>A maximum of one pet per pitch and accommodation is allowed, no cat in a camping barrel or bungalow type 3. An additional fee must be paid for each pet brought along, the amount of which will be communicated by the campsite to the guest at the time of notification.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed in the sanitary buildings and in bungalows type 1, 2 and 4, which are also rented to people with allergies. Dogs are also not allowed on the terraces of bungalows type 1, 2 and 4!<br \/>\nIf it is discovered by the end of the rental period that this has not been complied with, we will charge a flat fee of min. 200,- \u20ac for ventilation, cleaning and loss of rent, replacement hotel, compensation, as allergy sufferers will not be able to book these for a longer period of time. If necessary, we will give the order to an external company (min. 500,- \u20ac). In the case of a lump sum, the guest is free to prove that the actual costs incurred are lower.<\/li>\n<li>Dogs are not allowed to stay in beds or on upholstered furniture in our rental accommodation. If hair is detected, a special cleaning service will be commissioned for a fee.<\/li>\n<li>Damage or dirt caused by pets must be removed immediately by the pet owner. The guest must ensure that the dog remains on its own pitch.<\/li>\n<li>There is a general leash obligation on the entire site (no cross-country leash).<\/li>\n<li>Dangerous dogs according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.landesrecht-mv.de\/bsmv\/document\/jlr-HuHVMVrahmen\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a72 HundehVO M-V (04.07.2000)<\/a> are prohibited for the protection of fellow human beings.<br \/>\nExpress reference is made to the validity of the Dog Owners&#8217; Ordinance &#8211; HundehVO M-V (04.07.2000) in its currently valid version. In the event of violations of \u00a79 of the Dog Owners&#8217; Ordinance (administrative offences) and\/or not only insignificant disturbance of other guests by dogs brought along, we reserve the right to terminate the contract without notice for good cause and to issue and enforce a house ban.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"agb-schadenersatz\"><button type=\"button\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-agb-schadenersatz\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h3 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Damage compensation<\/h3><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-agb-schadenersatz\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>The rental accommodation is equipped as described on the website of Camping Ostseequelle. In addition to the rental fee, the guest also pays for the eco-electricity consumption according to the price list.<\/li>\n<li>The keys are handed over at the reception (house number 21). Required information will be given to the guest in time before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Upon handover, the equipment list and the defect-free condition of the rental accommodation are checked by the guest. The handover document is to be signed by both parties on the day of arrival and bindingly reflects the condition of the rental accommodation on the day of arrival.<\/li>\n<li>The guest can rent bed linen and towels separately. If available, children&#8217;s travel cots and high chairs can also be rented.<\/li>\n<li>Bedding (rental units): In any case, the beds must be made before use. Furthermore, if overnight accommodations have been culpably booked with misleading or false information about facts essential to the contract, e.g. personal information of the guests, group travel, size information for vehicles\/trailers, weight information for mobile homes; if fictitious reservations have already been made in the past or if the Ostseequelle campsite has justified reason to believe that the use of the service may jeopardize the smooth operation, safety or public image of the Ostseequelle campsite, without this being within the control or organization of the Ostseequelle campsite. The guest is not allowed to use the services of the campsite Ostseequelle if the guest is not a member of an extremist organization.<\/li>\n<li>In exercise of the domiciliary rights, the staff of the campsite may refuse to admit persons, expel them from the site or issue and enforce a permanent house ban, if this appears necessary to maintain safety, site regulations and GTC.
