Cancellations are carried out by yourself on your booking page. To do so, follow the link (guest view / view online) in your booking confirmation.
Accommodations

• up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
• up to the day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
• from the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
• The cancellation fee for accommodations is a minimum of €75, from 2026: €35.

Pitches

• up to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
• up to the day before arrival: 75% of the total amount
• from the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount
• The cancellation fee for pitches is a minimum of €35.

Unpaid Bookings

These are the only ones we cancel free of charge, without any need to ask, as a deposit is mandatory with us.

Avoiding Cancellation Fees

• Option 1: Travel insurance (more)
• Option 2: Book spontaneously – ideally book your pitch online over breakfast and arrive between 1 pm and 10 pm. Almost always possible during the off-peak season.
