You will receive our contact details at the latest with your booking confirmation via email. The booking confirmation is sent automatically by the booking system after payment. You can always simply reply to our emails. Extending your stay, changing your pitch, and cancelling can all be done independently in the guest portal. For any other changes, simply reply to the email.
Visitors interested in staying with us will find all information on these websites. However, prices, availability, and bookings are only available through our website.

- use our chatbot “Digital Sabine“, which is also available via WhatsApp.
Once you are on the campsite, we are personally available for you. However, as almost everything here is digital, we no longer have a traditional reception desk. We do have an information office open when needed.
Availability, prices & booking
Availability, prices, and bookings are available to you only online through our booking system. You can select your preferred pitch for free using the interactive map.
- Please note our guidelines for group bookings (more than two households).
- Dogs: Depending on the season and type of accommodation, we allow a maximum of two pets, more.
- Depending on the season, there may be minimum stays for certain categories. Try different options.
Check-In & Barrier
Pitches from 1pm & rentals from 4pm
Early arrival is possible by booking the day before!
Pitches:
- The barrier currently only opens with online check-in via the
self-service (directly linked in many emails), from 14 days before arrival - You can then drive directly to your pitch without registering.
- One vehicle is allowed per pitch.
- The barrier opens automatically when you enter your vehicle registration number in your booking. Cyclists and hikers simply enter ‘no car’ or ‘bicycle’ when booking. For hire cars, please enter ‘hire car’ and submit the licence plate number later.
Accommodation:
- You will receive your key at the information office next to the barrier (blue house) from 4-6 pm.
- Later arrivals are possible by prior arrangement.
Check-out / Departure
- Checkout: accommodations 10 am
- Checkout: pitches 11 am
You can simply drop the key and feedback slip in the letterbox.
Late check-out until 10 pm may be possible with a booking with a departure date on the following day, simply book an extra night or extend if required and available. Unfortunately, this offer is not available for weekly bookings for bungalows in high season.Otherwise, unfortunately, no exceptions are possible, we have to keep to the cleaning times for our rental properties and pitch maintenance with our limited capacities.

New in 2026: During the season, direct bookings on site are possible at the self-service booking terminal opposite the information office, with card payment!
Barrier gate
opens only via license plate recognition and payment.

Please use the extension function in your online booking confirmation if you would like to extend your stay.
Information office opening hours:
We are highly digitalised and automated and offer extensive self-service options.
Therefore, from 2026 onwards, the information office will only open when needed.
You can find almost all answers online: simply search for ostseequelle and add your question, or use our chatbot, the digital Sabine.
If you have any questions, please feel free to speak to our guest service staff on site. We regularly make rounds of the campsite and are happy to be there for you in person, ensuring a wonderful holiday experience at ostseequelle.camp.

Direction Grevesmühlen – in Gägelow turn right – through Proseken + Gramkow – at Wohlenberger Wiek before Wohlenberg turn left direction Grevesmühlen – after approx. 50 m turn left into the driveway

There are two bus stops:
- The bus stop directly on the Wohlenberger Wiek with the name
- Niendorf/Wiek Abzweig (line 240)
- Railway Deutsche Bahn: Groß Walmstorf Niendorf/Wiek Abzw., Hohenkirchen
- Line 240 runs between Wismar ZOB and Weisse Wiek (Boltenhagen)
- The stop is located directly at the campsite
- There is another stop, but it is only served on school days
- Niendorf/Ostsee (line 332)
- The line runs between Grevesmühlen railway station during school hours
- The campsite is about 300 metres away to the north (towards the sea).
