About our prices for services

Dear Guests,

here you will find information about our pricing structure for your accommodation/pitch and our pricing strategy. Availability, prices, and booking of pitches and accommodations can only be done through our online booking system. Below, you will find additional prices for products and services not included in your booking.

Our All-Inclusive Prices for Pitches

With your online booking, you pay for the entire holiday. Water, 8kWh electricity*, showers, disposal, and Wi-Fi are included in the pitch price. This allows us to provide automatic check-in and check-out at the barrier. However, some services are subject to additional charges. See the list below.
*For accommodations, electricity may be billed separately.

Our Reliable Pricing Strategy

Every autumn, we release our prices for the next season. We inform you about this via our newsletter or social media. Prices start low and increase over time. We do not offer last-minute prices, discounts for seniors, students, or discounts from ACSI or ADAC.

Since we continuously adjust the prices, we do not provide a price list.

Please note that the municipality is switching to a visitor’s tax for the 2024 season. Our guests pay this online directly during the booking process and then receive the so-called HoKi guest card by email from the municipality.

  • 8 kWh included for pitches XS, S, M, L, XL and camping barrel, can be deselected for S,
    for consumption of more than 8kWh (0.90 Euro/kWh). Only very few guests per year do not get by with the flat rate.
  • Camping in the forest always without 230V, charging options via USB (generators are of course not permitted)

Rebooking fees for pitches

  • We currently offer pitch changes in the same category free of charge if available.
  • Extension: You can easily extend your stay yourself. Check whether your pitch is still available by making a new booking via the interactive map and continue the online booking.
  • Change to a higher category for €15, to a lower category up to 4 weeks before arrival for €25 (the savings will be credited to you), later for €25 (there will be no refund).
  • Shifting or shortening the period costs €25 up to 4 weeks before arrival, the savings will be credited to you, later there will be no refund.
    Postponement is only possible in the same calendar year.
    A minimum stay may have to be observed when shortening.
  • Book additional persons or options for the entire stay free of charge if possible.
    For individual days, persons and dogs pay a visitor fee, see below, on site at the information office.
  • Cancelling persons or options for the entire stay costs €15, up to 4 weeks before arrival the savings will be credited to you, later there will be no refund. This is not possible for individual days.

Rebooking fees for accommodation

  • For bungalows, the travelling days must be taken into account in addition to the minimum stay.
  • The fees are the same as above for pitches.
